Rescheduling policy
Please give at least 24 hours advance notice for rescheduling your appointment.
Things happen at the last minute, so if you will not be able to attend your appointment, feel free to send a friend in your place.

Gift certificate recipients: If you reschedule late (less than 24 hours notice) or miss your appointment, then your gift certificate will be considered redeemed and no longer valid.

Late arrivals
Traffic happens. If you arrive late, I will try to provide your full session whenever time permits. However, I may only have time to see you for the remainder of your scheduled time. You will be expected to pay for the full session.

Etiquette
Therapeutic services provided, nothing less, nothing more. Inappropriate behaviour such as lewd comments or sexual requests or actions of a sexual nature will not be tolerated.

If inappropriate behaviour occurs, the session will be ended and you will be expected to pay for the full session whether or not it was finished.

I reserve the right to refuse services to anyone that is intoxicated, suffering from a contagious illness or for any other reason that I feel is necessary.
